8=======D has been suspended for almost 3 months now.

what does this really teach us? that people can cut and paste without any regard whatsoever? Do we want to become a site full of cutandpaste users drifting about in various states of indefinite suspension?

We need to just terminate him once and for all so we can bring closure to the whole sordid issue.
