I just found out I got an itnernship so i need to rent out my room for the summer. It is available right now through july 31st. May's rent will already be paid. Rent is 425/mo but I will pay 125 of that making it 300 per month. Utilitles are extra and usually run 60-70 per person. One other guy lives here now. he will be working and going to summer school. The place is pretty nice and much larger than the typical college apartment. The place is half of a duplex. its 3 bed, 2 and a half bath, large living room, dining room, kitchen with all appliances, washer and dryer, large back yard and plenty of parking space. Anyone taking the room will be required to sign an agrrement to pay rent for june and july, stating it is due by the 5th, and late fees will be incurred after that date.

This breaks down to rent for may, june, and july for a TOTAL of 600 bucks

ok... everything same as above.... the person that moves in will only be charged 225 per month! may will still be paid. I'm just trying to minimize the amount of money I am going to lose this summer. come on, i know somebody needs a room
