I need someone to rent my room only from the end of school to July 30th. Its one room in a 4 bedroom 3 & 1/2 bath, 3 story townhouse in Falcon Ridge on an end unit. It is very private, we have a 9x9 back deck on the bottom and middle floor, the room I live in shares a bathroom with another roomate. All of the roomates are my good friends and are very laidback. The place is kept clean, but no one gets mad if it gets a little cluttered when we're all busy with school and what not... there is a pool table in what is sort of a dinning room, everyone in the house is over 21 and enjoys the priviledges of being so.... my landlord is cool as hell too, he doesn't pry, and he will come and fix whatever we find to be out of order, and usually next day.... I am leasing only for the summer... I really just need the rent compensated when I'm not living there... so if your interested please contact me as soon as possible and come check the place out... its real nice living for people that enjoy a good time, working hard when needed, and a lot of privacy.... no large pets, but will consider smaller ones
