I have not played rollerhockey in a long time and am looking to get new bearings. Back in the day swiss bearings were the best as far as speed/smooth. That still the case? Is it worth gettin ceramic ones? (just recreational hockey, but like to have good shit).

also where is cheap place to get em? I've looked around and have not found anything with that great of prices

Just get a good ABEC rating and you'll be fine for rec stuff.

^ no! that rating is worthless to tell you the quality of skate bearings. The ABEC system is supposed to indicate the precision of industrial use bearings - the higher the number, the more precise the bearing is. BUT for skates you won't be anywhere near 20,000 rpm so you don't need a bearing with a nanometer tolerance.

anyway I'm selling a box of 8 Bones skateboard bearings, I don't know if you can use them on rollerblades or not. but if so, hit me up! $10 for the box, never been used, and they cost 20 new

unless you plan on balling down a hill and creating that much friction, ceramics are a waste of money. as long as you get bearings that are durable i wouldnt even worry about the abec rating as much, youll rarely be able to tell (or need) a difference

That might be the least funny thing I have ever heard on TWW, and that is sad.
