Unfortunately, all subleases have to go through Wolf Creek in order to do this we both have to pay a fee ($250).

I will be out by May 5th, and your lease will last until July 31st.

Here's how it will work for you: I will pay my part of the fee to Wolf Creek and then write a check in the amount of $120 for you to put towards your three months rent!
