landlord for this apartment is neglectful and doesn't respond to e-mail's unless he feels like it. there are several electrical outlets which are hanging out of the wall (since before august) and the sink in the kitchen hasnt been repaired since november despite several e-mails.original poster is a nice guy though.

the landlord is not maintaining the apartment this time around, he will be in charge of recieving claims and we will have someone else taking care of any claims in the apartment.

/agreeparts of this apt are in disrepair b/c of the landlordi can also point you to 4 other people who will offer feedback about the apt.send me a pm if you're interested so you can talk to tenants not related to the landlord. (poster is landlords son, so will give you a nicer vision of the apt. than is currently accepted by reality).

SkankinMonky was a renter at the apartment and decided to move back home half way through the lease. He had to sublease to not 1 but 2 of his friends to finish out the lease so he wouldn't be in breach of contract and be taken to court. That's way he's giving all the negative feedback. All repairs are done and the condo is in perfect move in condition (pictures on request). He's also upset because he didn't get his full security deposit back because of the condition his subleasers left the place in. It took 4 hours of trash removal plus 2 hours just to clean the refrigerator to give you an idea of the condition (pictures also on request). Tenants did not take care of the place and SkankinMonky had to help pay for it in the end!
