• ONLY $473/month for two people or $236.50/room per month (we prefer leasing to two friends, but we’ll make exceptions…if you’re cute)
• Utilities, water, and furniture NOT included. No pets
• Townhome features a living room, 1.5 baths, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, storage space in attic, and small backyard area. Washer and Dryer not included…but we have a creek out back (that was a joke…)
• Walking distance from Mission Valley, Avent Ferry Shopping Center, and NCSU Campus.
• Access to 9-feet deep SWIMMING POOL. Yea, you heard us… a pool! (What more can you ask for?)
• ONLY $150/person deposit
