Given that Lutra voluntarily came to NCSU, knowing the difference between in-state tuition and out-of-state tuition...she has absolutely no right to bitch about the cost of tuition.
4/19/2007 11:44:01 PM
^ thats a gem, howd i miss it?
4/20/2007 12:12:21 AM
My god you people are worse than a starving mouse on a hunk of cheese. He said NC State was cheap, I was pointing out that it wasn't always cheap. And I'm here because we had been put under the impression that I could attain in-state status after a year. Well, that turned out to be a pipe dream. Anywho, my experience here by the time I graduate will have cost $125,000. I'd say that's pretty darn close. At the least I could buy a few Lotus's.
4/20/2007 8:11:04 AM
^ i didn't know you were out of state.but how come you didn't get any financial aid, whether loans or grants?and yeah, had you gone to a private university, it would cost you a lot more.
4/20/2007 10:21:27 AM
Why did you think you could attain in-state status?
4/20/2007 10:42:03 AM
^^^why were you not able to?
4/20/2007 10:47:53 AM
They make you "prove" that you aren't only here for your education. It's really hard to do.
4/20/2007 10:50:34 AM
so lutra is mad because she didn't do the appropriate research beforehand? i would be mad at myself too i guess
4/20/2007 11:02:39 AM
^^there are lots of people that do it
4/20/2007 11:05:24 AM

4/20/2007 11:07:16 AM

4/20/2007 12:25:13 PM
