I am interning for the summer, my room is avail from May 8 through Mid August (3 Months). Its on Maiden Lane, room is 275/month, plus about $60-$70 utilities. Room is about 12x14, carpeted, walk-in closet. I may leave box springs, computer desk, mini fridge for you to use.

I walk/skate to campus everyday, and can easily walk to bars, Teeter, Blockbuster, Moe's, etc. Great room, roommates are laid back engineering/accounting students.

Gotta be clean and respectful.
