yeah, well... they owe me money this time.but they just take like a few percent of it away, right?sad thing is i started taxes in MARCH this year... then i needed a bunch of shit from my 401k and investments i cashed out and a bunch of other stupid stuff.i just need to find a trustworthy jew to do all my taxes and stuff for me(someone imbed plz)

I don't know if they take a percentage out or not, but yes, you do need to file an extension. The last couple of years I didn't get my taxes done until August-September and I don't recall the IRS taking anything out of my taxes. Now UNC hospitals on the other hand took all of my NC refund since apparently I still had some unpaid bills from taking my son to the ER a couple of times.

There is no percentage taken out. You probably should of filed an extension but you shouldnt have any trouble when you do decide to file.
