how long you need a roomate for year? or summer sub lease. also wheres it located? how old are the other 3 roomates, and what year are they in if in school

residents of the house are 21-23 years of age males. the house is located by north hills mall right when you get off the beltline at six forks. the lease we are offering is only available throughout the summer may - mid/end of august.
