In the questions for the 3rd exam, does anyone know what an insurance risk is? I don't remember him mentioning it and I can't find any mention of it in the notesThanks

i'm taking huggard's online this summer...how does the grading work? All essays and a final? or is there any kind of mult choice during the semester?

nope, only essays and one final. He grades on the bell curve too.

^i am right there with you. anyone else???-kinda worried b/c im graduating in a next saturday and starting work weeks after. it would be very embarrasing to fail a class now.

^ ME TOO!!!! I'm pretty worried but maybe it will work out somehow. Maybe he will give a pretty good curve or something.

when i had this class a year ago or so, the TA made it sound nearly impossible to fail this class.

please please please let this be the case

so basically, MOST people on here feel like they didn't do great on the final? That would be good for a curve-situation.

From the looks of your posts, it doesn't seem like there is a lot of work for this course, however I'm curious if there is a ton of reading to do?Obviously the exam has to be studied for, but for those who have taken this, how time consuming is this course for the summer?
5/5/2007 10:10:36 AM
if its w/ huggard, you dont really read. you watch videos and fill out the course notes as you go along. there is no text book.you also have short answer essays, which are basically 1-3 sentence answers for questions that come straight from the course notes. this can be time consuming, but isnt bad if you spread it out.compared to other summer courses ive had, this isnt bad. youll need to read over all your notes to study, and there is alot of material for one test.
