"Looking for Summer work that makes a difference? Don't want your
technical skills to atrophy over the Summer? Work at WebAssign and make a
difference in the world of education while enjoying a fun, laid back, and positive
environment!

WebAssign is currently looking for 8-10 people (recent graduates,
graduate students, and teachers) who have knowledge of Mathematics, Chemistry,
Physics, or Statistics, as well as basic computer and HTML skills, and who are
interested in part-time or full-time work coding textbook questions
into WebAssign as well as testing coded questions.

There are many new books which need to be ready for use in the Fall, so
we are looking for people to work over the Summer (or sooner!) between 15-40
hours/week.

The current wage for question coding is 10 - 15$/hr. Testers are paid
on a per-question basis, to be determined at hire time.

WebAssign is currently looking for:

Mathematics coders and testers
Statistics coders and testers
Physics coders and testers
Chemistry testers

Hours are flexible and we are willing to train!

Updated information on current needs is here:
http://webassign.net/info/employment.html

Contact jobs@webassign.net for more information. Please add "WebAssign
Coders
Needed Summer 2007" to the subject line."

Is all this work done at the office or can it be done from home?

I did this during my senior year (physics, chem, bio questions). It was a pretty sweet setup--I just went in when I wanted to, grabbed my current assignment, and went to town.

Back then it all had to be done in-house on Centennial...don't know what it's like now.

i figured it would be done at the office.

Were there any time restrictions on the times you could come in and work?

not only do they still use webassign the questions do not change much from what I've observed.

I bet they are pretty flexible on the hours, just email them.

Naww, they are super flexible. I think people are there from like 8 am to 8 pm, so anytime in between. Im leaving when i graduate, so ya'll will be getting my job. It's an alrirght place to work, if you dont mind cubicle work. They really want you to work 15 hours a week, and probably will require at least that (though, some weeks I only do 8 when im swamped with school, they probably get pissed). It's pretty good pay for relatively easy work, so long as you can do math. (or whatever topic you're hired for)
