I am a 25 year old professional woman. I own a townhouse in North/Northeast Raleigh. My roommate wishes to move out in mid-May leaving an opening in my home. I work full time for Duke in Durham making me a rather quiet and somewhat absent roommate.

I am seeking an animal lover as I have a sweet but needy cocker spaniel. I live about 15 mins from NCSU at a location convenient to I-440, I-540, Triangle Town Center, and downtown.

For $595 one gets: furnished room (queen bed and chest of drawers) with private bath, all utilities (including cable, internet, air/heat, water), access to pool (almost directly across street), furnished living room and kitchen, and in house washer/dryer.

I am open to pets with discussion. There will be a required deposit of one month's rent although with a 12 month lease this may be negotiated. I look forward to hearing from you!
