^haha, they all did.I must admit, I got a couple laughs watching Bush. The Rove rap was a little disturbing.
3/29/2007 2:50:28 PM
you know i would say i've lost even more respect for that admin because of that, but my real problem is when anyone tries to be funny by "rapping" in that manori dont' think it's "disrespectful" or anything, i just think it's so completely stupid that it really shows a lack of creativity. now obviously they are making fun of rap, which i have no problem with, you can make fun of anything you want as far as i'm concerned. but PLEASE be funny and creative in doing so
3/29/2007 4:31:48 PM

^agreedbut if they're at least trying to be funny...however miserably they're failing...dont act like they're trying to be serious
3/29/2007 4:52:43 PM
^ you can only say that if you're willing to apply it to any situation in which comedy failsnot saying you aren't, just wanted to make sure that was said
3/29/2007 5:06:59 PM

That is probably one of the stupidest things I've ever seen, but its not even slightly racially offensive. Offensive to good taste? Oh G-d yes.Oh, and here is another thing. Lets assume for the sake of argument that rap is a defining part of black culture. Given the current trends in rap, what does that say? I mean, personally I see different kinds of music as coming out of certian cultures, and certain cultures having an influence on their content, but I don't believe they are the property of a culture.[Edited on April 2, 2007 at 12:17 PM.
