Yeah you will have a bill and at best a shit load of community service around campus, and maybe suspension from the university for the next semester (there doing that now if you fuck up beyond drinking in your dorm, since so many people are applying to state).


If they say they will go light on you if you talk, there fucking lieing (deny shit till the end unless they have like video).

I got trespassed from part of campus about 6 months after my suspension was over b/c there was an unidentified suspect in some unrelated incident....

I had to march into the University Police station with a lawyer in order to get the trespass dropped....their excuse? "We were given your info by the office of Student conduct"

I should sue the fuck out of them

A class action lawsuit should be already underway...

I have SO many cases where the confidentiality of my case was compromised by the secretaries in the student conduct office. They would literally talk about it openly in front of other students/visitors and even openly GIVE THEIR PERSONAL OPINIONS on the matter as if they were fucking Paul Cousins himself.

here's a couple tips:

1. if given the option of a hearing with paul cousins or a hearing in front of your "peers"...your peers are powertripping bitches who get off by kicking people out of school...go with the 1-on-1 with an adminstrator like cousins or zelna

2. assure them that you're committed to changing, really dedicated to school, and if you happen to pay your own tuition or something by working a job...stuff like that is choice

3. realize this about your life overall: if you're not married to a fat chick, thats one difference in your life and paul cousins' life

Campus legal outright told me that they've had problems with those people. You walk in and first thing they'll start grilling you doing anything they can to get you to admit to stuff, and it'll stick.

And then they'll start forging your signatures on documents saying you admitted to it. But now THAT'S another issue that I hope was exclusive to me.

When I brought my attorney in to speak with her, she actually interrupted my lawyer and told her

"I have a Masters in Public Administration so don't think I'm your run of the mill office clerk."

My attorney was like:

"Congratulations, I graduated law school at Duke.....and this is relevant to....."

I got an underage drinking ticket while "moving" a ski club sign. My intention was to block a roommate's door with it. Sounded like a good idea at the time. The "moving" was turned into "theft".

Anyways, got 20 hours of community service from Cousins. Did my time in Reynolds Coliseum scraping gum off the seats. Luckily the men's team was practicing (this was '98) while I was doing it most days, so I watched them mostly. The practices I watched led up to the win at UNC that year.

Also had to go to an Alcohol Assessment class which cost me $75.

I got Zelna for my 1 on 1. She was a nazi, but was fair about it. I deserved the shit I got.

And Paul worked with me when I couldn't complete my community service in the time-frame I was given by Zelna. 2 months to do 40 hours, when I was taking 21 credit hours and working full time was a bit retarded.
