and?... It's a great street to live on. My wife and I lived in this house for a couple of years and loved it. It has a nice open floor plan, lots of room (including 2 car garage and basement for storage), and backs up to some woods.

FYI - We have decided to discount the rent for anyone that can move-in on May 15th ($1500) or June 1st ($1550). It's $1600 for July 1 move-in date and $1650 for August 1. Thanks!
