This isn't the latest model, but the first 5th gen version. I can provide pics later, but the body is free from scratches and scuffs and there is one small scratch on the screen that does not impact viewing. It has had a screen protector on constantly since that scratch appeared. Comes with a little pink leather kickstand case.

I'd like to get $160 for it, or $180 for the iPod plus the universal dock.

there is a 5.5 version, it has a brighter LCD and a better battery, but the 5th gen ipods are still great

It's black. And yes, it's the first 5th gen model that has less battery life. It still lasts long enough for me (it can play through two movies or several 30 minute episodes).

The wheel is a little scuffed, I didn't notice until I took that picture. I can't seem to get a picture of the scratch on the screen but it only shows up when you hold it a certain way while watching something.
