Take over our lease at Westgrove apartments... its a three bedroom townhouse... with 2.5 baths. Take over our lease the end of may or begining of June and pay just 735 a month + utilities then sign a new contract if you like it or move...

the lease is up in july, but you can renew if you want. it's also a 2-story, end unit, so only one set of neighbors and it has a fireplace... pets are allowed for a fee and size restrictions. it's on the wolfline.
again it's 3 bed, 2.5 bath. only 735 under this lease because it was reduced when we renewed it nearly two years ago, maybe if you renew it, it will go down again... community has a pool, volleyball court, and a playground.. good for families or students
