IS the ncaa top heavy this year?

are the mid-majors in a down year?

or did the committee just do a very good job of seeding this year?

If westvirginia clemson syracuse mississippi state airforce and ncstate were your 12-13 seeds i'm sure at least two of them would be in the sweet 16
