For some reason, when I download an entire album or any music, all legal of course, from a torrent, they won't burn to a CD. They are mp3 files, but they say they aren't valid, and they won't burn. What is the deal?

Are you converting them to wav before you burn?

My program converts them on its own. I can download single songs from other programs. Lets say like Limewire, but the ones I download are, of course, "legal" Its only when I download a full album from a torrent that they won't burn.

Make sure the hashes match. You could be getting some kind of corruption, especially if you're behind a NAT firewall. They've been known to mangle packets coming across bittorrent. If that's all well, try a different burning software or even another PC.
