I'm currently trying to find a 4 BR place within walking distance of campus priced underneath $1500. Anybody got some suggestions on real estate agencies that would have a large selection of properties?

I have tried looking around on the internet and also called a few places from the classifieds, but I was hoping somebody could point me in the right direction as I don't have much of an idea about how it works w/ most of the properties.

Any tips are greatly appreciated.

craigslist, or drive around the streets and look for the signs.

There is one lady that lives back on Clark Ave. who rents out about 4 houses off Hillsborough. It is the very large 3 story house on the left on your way toward cameron village. Right now there is a for rent sign in front of the house. Call that number and ask if she has any properties that will be vacating.

^been trying craigslist and haven't seen much that fits what I am looking for, i was hoping for some info from people that have lived there

thanks for the tip on the lady though, thats exactly the type of stuff i was hoping for.

^^where am I supposed to post to ask for info on housing? I wasn't sure but posted in chit chat and got the ibtl so I posted here, but i guess thats not right either.
