1 room for sublet available as early as May 5 until end of July. It's a nice spacious 2 story house on Brent Rd with a back deck. 300 + utilities (usually not more than 50 bucks for everything, including wireless internet and cable with DVR!). Must be female, and must be cool with pets . One roommate will be here, not sure about the other one. House is furnished, could possibly leave furniture in the bedroom if you need it. We're also considering subletting the whole place to people who'd wanna resign the lease in August. It's a 3BD 2.5 BA, and the landlord is really laid back. It's a great place to live!
