I am subleasing a one bed/bathroom in a 4br apt at Wolf Creek.

I have reduced your rent from $435 to $280.

Unfortunately, all subleases have to go through Wolf Creek in order to do this we both have to pay a fee ($250).

I will be out by May 5th, and your lease will last until July 31st.

Here's how it will work out for you:

May- You pay $280, I pay $125
June- You pay $280, I pay $125
July- You pay $280, I pay $125

I will pay you my total amount in one lump sum for you to add to your rent. Your total expenses add up to: $280 x 3 months + $250 fee = ONLY $1090!! (Compared to near $1500 with others)
