here's the deal...you get one bed/bathroom in a 3br apt at Wolf Creek. It's a really fun place to live in the summer (check out the community website here http://www.wolfcreekapts.info/ )

the good- i've reduced your rent from $465 to $350. that's nice right?!

the bad- we have to go through Wolf Creek in order to do this so you'll have to pay a fee ($250) and so do i.

i'd like to be out by may 5th, so you can be in right after that. your lease will run out July 31st.

Here's how it will work out for you:

May- rent will only be $410 because that is what i pay, so i'd pay $140 and you would be $270
June- you pay $350, i pay $115
July- you pay $350, i pay $115

with fees included-the total price of this apartment for the entire summer (everything included PLUS furniture) comes to $1220 even!! i'd just give you a check for the amount i will pay in a lump sum when i move out so you can just add that to your rent $$.
