It was a .ape file. I unzipped it with the monkey's audio. And, now it's in mp3 format the thing is it's a cd and it's in one gigantic mp3 file like 2:20:00

Is, there any program or known way to man beside tearing it up manually with something like gold wave, and individually naming each section.

I call upon the power of tech talk to solve this@!

you could try audacity. with the lame plugin you can save files in mp3 format
