Two girls will definitely be gone this summer and need to sublease their rooms... if you are in a group of 3 or 4, the other two roommates may sublease their's too!! This is the perfect way to get into an apt before august and avoid "move in week" hassles Rent is $435/month per person... which includes ALL utilities, washer, dryer and plenty of other amenities!! This will be available in May

The apt is in University Suites and in a corner so it has plenty of parking and vistor spots near by!! We are right across the street from the pool/clubhouse and have a pretty view of the woods!

We have GREAT neighbors (and they are great cooks who like to cook for other people )
