4 bd 4 ba apartment, seperate leasing.
Lease runs from now until July 29th (however if you are pleased with the apartment it would be possible to renew your lease).
There is a $200 sub-lease fee and I will pay it, this fee will act as a deposit and you will receive a $200 deposit back from the apartment complex upon your move-out date!
