and the thing about illegal copies being messed up is bullshit. my home copy of XP failed authentic product validation yesterday and its very legit. i actually got the key directly from microsoft.

It's Office XP. I lost the disc in a move. For some reason, MS saves the proplus file under a temp directory which Eraser erased.
