hey this is my brothers account..but i have a problem with my car and he said someone might could help..

i have a 94 honda passport when i got it last month it was driving fine it was gettin 200 miles a tank..now its having accelerating problems it seems like it dont want to go i press the gas down and it will finally get up to speed but will decrease instead of increasing..so now im getting around 90 miles..it has new spark plugs in and also i have put injector cleaner in..ny suggestions on what i can do or whats wrong...thanks
