Looking for suggestions of services you've used, free or premium.I'm using http://www.near-time.net and Google Groups now with a few groups and and in the past I've used http://backpackit.com/Near-time and backpack are slightly similar but near-time is a lot more business oriented, or at least for more serious use.I need to put together a list of these services so one of the groups I'm working with now can decide which is the best for them. So please post links to any you've used or heard of, and if you have experience with any let me know any pros/cons you want to share. (And yes, I know I can google this on my own, but what I'm really trying to put together is TWW'ers feedback on sites they've actually used.) Thanks!

what kind of project are they working on?

It's a charitable foundation... the collaboration they will be doing will be sharing data/results on projects, results of impact on the community, requests/proposals, etc. So they're going to need to maintain lots of separate discussions, upload/access files, and probably have a utility that lets them contact each other. Thanks!!
