It would be a hard weekend's work, but that's a shot enough distance for a hardwired run using standard cat5e cable. Get a shovel, some underground conduit, and a long piece of cat5e; bury it; run the cable under the house and up through the floor; and wire the whole thing into switches or a wireless bridge or something.Of course, if you/they aren't the manual labor type, there are lots of antenna's and what not avaliable these days.

actually if you just buy a wireless router you can make it a repeater. It's not directional but it will extend the wireless signal.I recommend a linksys but if you already have a wireless router buy the same brand as that one.

I've got two pieces of property about 1/2 mile from each other. There's no electrical outlets inbetween. Is it possible to extend wireless this far? (My guess is hell no, but thought I should ask).

oh, theres always ways to do it, but likely not within a normal person's budget.

Buy a Buffalo MIMO router roughly 70 bucks. Buy a directional antenna roughly $200 retail...and sir you have wireless that will go up to a mile and a half. How do I know? I have it setup at my house for the building in the back of my house that is 100 feet away.
