I think the "bug" is just a feature of the URL in Wiki. It's not a huge issue.

^^ its a bug in the crazy code. or you can call it a feature in the crazy code if you like.

its an uncommon character to have in a URL, but not illegal.

in any event, its not worth anyone's time to go track it down and fix it. its just one of those FYI things.
