i would be interested in knowing how many former starting qbs tampa has had on its roster the last 5 years, in relation to other teamsbecause i think the answer is "a shitload more"right now they have 5 (luke mccown, bruce gradowski, chris simms, jake plummer, and jeff garcia)

The Arizona Cardinals just called

they may be doing this for trade bait as wellhaving two QBs in teh season and a starter goes down, its a possibility that you cant foreseenot to mention this gives them two highly credible (more so than Simms) QBs with some really really nice experience

AND the acc tourney

this sure makes the panther's management look intelligenthey lets let our division rival pick up the two best available quarterbacks (besides schaub) while we leave a quarterback that just threw us out of the playoffs as our only option
3/3/2007 3:42:58 PM
Why arent the Lions going after one of these?
3/3/2007 4:12:19 PM
^ because kitna is a badass
3/3/2007 4:52:15 PM
I liked him in cincy but he is old now and not really proven.

Poor Simms, he gave a spleen for this team and this is how the Bucs repay him.
