Yes, a deposit will be required on pets. Depending on the type/size of pet will determine the deposit amount.

i dont have the exact dimensions, but they are typical of any other 3br condo in raleigh. The master bedroom is huge...the second room is normal sized, and the third room is a bit smaller.
