Dont know a great one in particular, but: dont call Rural. They are among the most expensive around.

I used a plumber last year that did a great job. He is NC Master licensed. He was on-time, returns calls and is reasonably priced. Discussed options of what I could do to do and guided me away from something that would have cost more $. It was refreshing to find someone like this who wasn't trying to upsell.
