For Sale: Marshall AVT412 Bottom Cabinet $300.00

Around 2004 model Marshall AVT412 Cab. As you can see, the cabinet is in near mint shape. It only has around 5 hours or so playing time on it; never gigged. I purchased it a few years ago from Musician’s Friend solely as a backup cab to keep at my parent’s home so I wouldn’t have to lug my other cabs around. The speakers, mounts, and tolex are all in top shape, as indicated in the pictures.

A few basic specs on the cab are 200W power handling (yes you can drive it with a full 50/100W tube head; I’ve used my JCM900/rack gear through it a few times while I was at home with master volume levels of 8+), Celestion 12” 50W speakers designed to handle the bass of the AVT heads, one (1) 8ohm input, Casters (I put them on when I got the cab), and a smaller size (about 3” smaller in each dimension) when compared to the 1960’s cabs for easy portability, and big sound from a small box.

$300.00 is a fair and firm price for this cab considering its condition, and the fact that the buyer will not incur an $80-$100 shipping charge on top of the regular price. I’ve been tracking these cabs on ebay to establish a fair market price, so please don’t contact me with a low offer.
