is there any way to find out who has been blind copied on an email you received?

Easily? No. Legally? Probably. Its gotta go through a mail server somewhere. What does or doesn't happen at that individual server is anybodys guess.

short of having access to the email server that was originally used to send out the email....no

If you could find out, then it wouldn't be blind..........Your best bet is to look at the message header. You shouldn't be able to find anything there, but sometimes you can, depending on the client/server that sent the mail.
