So i'm going to the grocery store today and getting a lot of food. I really need some quick easy recipes that I can make for dinner so I don't eat out as much. One thing is that I only eat chicken and I dont eat any fish or red meat.

EASY is key..I'm not a great cook

cut up chicken green peppers and onions, then cook it on a pan. Cook rice and heat up black beans from a can. Put all of them together and add some salsa.

You know those packs of taco shells with the taco seasoning? You can do the same kind of thing except with chicken. Easy as pie.

Cut up chicken breast, cook in a pan, and make those pasta sides that come in a bag, cook that pasta and once the chicken is pretty much done, throw it in with the pasta, and ta da, chicken pasta.

English muffin pizzas. English muffins, pizza sauce, cheese and whatever else you want to put on them. In the oven at 300 for maybe 5-10 minutes, all done.

Quesadillas are easy, fajitas are easy, grilled cheese, spaghetti, eggs, pancakes, waffles, soap and salad, etc....the possibilities are endless.

in a skillet on medium

---------

cut up chxn breast + half can of coke + half cup of ketchup (it's REALLY good, trust me...tastes nothing like coke or ketchup in the end)

in a skillet on medium
