Hello peoples,

I know its a long shot, but I have a furnished bedroom with a private bath in my townhome available to rent on a weekly basis for $150/week. Unfortunately, it is in Durham, so its about 25 minutes from NCSU, but it is very close to RTP, NCCU, Duke and UNC.
Utilities are included, as are sheets, towels, HBO and satellite, wireless internet, and use of the kitchen and even your own mini-fridge.
This would be great if you have someone coming into town, or a short term internship, or you know someone coming to the area who hasn't found a place to live and wants to take their time about it. Much cheaper than a hotel.
I do have one cat, but he doesn't go into bedrooms and I vacuum frequently.

So pass the word!
