i have a buddy who took a red hat internship a couple years ago. he's now graduate and works full time there.

if anyone has interest in a job with red hat, the internship really helps you get your foot in the door.

My girlfriend works there, she got her job through one of these internships. It has been great for her, as far as compensation, benefits, stock options etc. The Christmas party was fantastic, and apparently they have kegs and wine at meetings ever few months.
