Okay, so i'm sick, I probably need to go see a doc. I hate student health with a passion, do I have any other options? (ER is stupid and way overkill, I need to go tommorow not this second).(blue cross/blue shield and insurance has gotta cover it).Yes, I am a noob at this. I normally just tolerate student health but I think i'd rather be sick.I just have no idea how one goes about finding a good general doc on the spot.[Edited on January 31, 2007 at 2:40 AM. Urgent Care - one in every town and they take BCBS. Co-pay might be higher than a reg practioner but they can do everything. I like the one in Garner. I go to Capital Physicians off blue ridge. I have BlueCrossBS and it's on their list. https://www.capitalphysiciansgroup.com/Default.aspx?tabid=55Check BCBS's website for a list of their approved practices.
