get the Electrical Engineering Review Manual. it covers about everything you could possibly want it to. I could sell you mine for $100 along with a printed and bound copy of the index and a sample problems book that corresponds with it.

is this what you're looking for?http://www.amazon.com/Electrical-Engineering-Reference-Manual-review/dp/0912045108Schaum's guides are topic-specific, and also pretty cheap (20-30 bucks). good coverage of undergrad basics in a self-study/problem solving format.but if you've got the time and motivation... MIT ftw.http://ocw.mit.edu/OcwWeb/Electrical-Engineering-and-Computer-Science/index.htmfull lecture notes, homwork problems, solutions, exams, solutions, study materials, and streaming video lectures all available online from recent courses. pretty impressive selection of courses to choose from.
