On an interesting side note, I sold my warlock with trash gear last March for ~$600. I talked to the guy I sold it to and Blizzard had suspended it 3 weeks later. I just got off the phone and got my account reinstated = awesomeness.

Yeah, the guy said he bought 5 accounts last year and all were closed within 5 months.
