are they going up on rent? I just called them and they told me rent was $520 a mth for a 1 bedroom

It depends. My unit is owned by an individual who manages it himself and I pay $500 a month. Some of the units are managed by Ammons Pittman Property Management and the rent is $450, but I hear its being raised for many of the new leases. Its worth it to have two bus routes (Avent Ferry and Frat Court) that have buses that run every 12 minutes.

yeah I really want to move there in Jan. of next year but I cant do a 6 mth lease, I have to find a place that will allow me to pay like 4 mths up front so I can just live there from start of the semester until the end - I own my own home but no where near Raleigh and I hate paying 2 mths extra when I'll be 100 miles away from the place
