so i get some bad ass blisters everytime i play basketball(usually for 2-3 hours)what are some tips for getting less blisters?

just suck it up... and after a while of doing it they will callis (sp?) over and then u can play b-ball for however long you want

yeah i get calluses on my the sides of my big toes cuz i play every other night for at least 2 hours oh well i guess im used to it by now

^^yeah i play 5 or 6 times a week and have calluses all on the sides on the lower part of my foot, but the blisters keep finding a new place to pop up

if i think i am going to get a blister, i put one of those squishy special blister band-aids on the area before doing anything active. they come in pretty big sizes too.

krazy glue on pre-existing blisters after you've lanced them. seriously.and when you're not playing ball, try walking around barefoot more on rough/hard surfaces like outdoors to build up your feet a bit more and speed up the development of calluses.[Edited on January 14, 2007 at 10:32 PM.
