I've just been informed that I am going to have to pay for this semester. How hard it is to get financial aid now?

You should still be able to get a loan.

is that the cashiers office? it sucks that everything is closed on monday, I can't do anything until tuesday

Not hard at all. I have applied for and received aid well after half the semester was over. Just go to the financial aid office when you can.
