I recently married into the military and my husband is now stationed in Germany so I am moving to be with him. I am looking for someone to sublease my part of a 3 story townhouse in Falcon Ridge. It is right on the wolfline and very convenient to campus. You would be sharing with 2 girls.. both 21 years of age. One girl lives in the basement and has a dog. She is a full time student a NCSU about to graduate next semester. She studies a lot and is known as the "phantom roomate"..she is an awesome very laid back girl. The other roomate works full time downtown and goes to wake tech in the evenings. She is a lot of fun to hang out with. She lives upstairs and has two cats. The room you would be leasing is upstairs as well and has its on bathroom. The rent is $325 a month plus utilities(cable/internet, electricity and the occasional water bill ~60-70 a month total). As you can tell pets are allowed. We have already paid the pet deposit and we would just have to run it by the landlord if you wanted to bring one along. This is a great apartment with great girls and awesome neighbors. It is available as soon as you need to move in.
