I'm in Metaphysics now, you can feel free to ask me a question (if I can answer it). I'm a philosophy major and have studied the subject before, just not the time travel issue.

^ Carroll's doing fine, he really loves teaching that class.

Well, the only school tool "review" of the class was pretty negative, and mentioned that the actual scope of the class was more limited than the course description would lead me to believe.

I'm not a philosophy major, and though I am interested in the topics mentioned in the course description, I don't want to get in over my head. I've taken one philosophy course, Philosophy of Science (got an A). I need an A here...I don't want it to be handed to me, but I don't want to have to commit an absurd amount of hours to that end, either.

Given all that, any comments?

I'm in this class too. You grade is based on 3 short 1 page papers, one long paper, a midterm and a final. All the readings are online. I don't think it'll be a large amount of work.
