I've bought buffalo at HT before, but it's been years, so I don't know if they still carry it.

Check BJs, they also have a lot of more exotic meats

There is a lady at the farmers market that sells ostrich, buffalo, and many other types of meat....many different cuts too.

I used to love their bison burgers, but I think they closed.
